We want you to walk comfortably in every pair you order from us. Here are our terms, plainly:
Free size exchange within 14 days
- You can exchange the size or colour within 14 days of delivery, free of charge.
- The shoes must not have been worn outdoors and must be in their original box with the tags.
- In Dubai we bring the new size and collect the old pair on the same visit; in the other emirates a courier collects the pair and we then send the replacement.
Returns and refunds
- You can return unworn shoes within 14 days on the same terms.
- We refund the way you paid within 7 days of the shoes reaching us.
- The original delivery fee is refunded only if the item was damaged or our mistake.
What cannot be returned
Socks, insoles and heel cushions cannot be returned once their pack is opened, for hygiene. A damaged or wrong item is always replaced free of charge.
How to ask for an exchange
Message us on WhatsApp or from the contact page with the order number and the size or colour you want, or bring the shoes to the warehouse in Al Quoz, daily from 10:00 to 22:00.
