Khatwa began in 2019 as a small table at a weekend market, where we sold white canvas sneakers to friends who ran with us on the corniche every Friday morning. The complaint we heard most was “I never know my size when I order online”, so we built a store that makes the size the easiest part of the order.
A clear size for every shoe
We measure every style ourselves and write on its page how it fits: true to size, slightly small or slightly roomy — next to a chart of EU, UK and US sizes and foot length in centimetres.
Exchanges without the hassle
If the size does not fit, the exchange is free within 14 days. In Dubai the driver brings the new size and takes the old pair on the same visit.
From our warehouse in Al Quoz
We prepare orders daily from 10:00 to 22:00 at Al Quoz Industrial 2, Warehouse 9, and deliver within 24 hours in Dubai and within one or two days to the other emirates. You can also pick up your order yourself for free.
